Abstract

The article shows the role of integrated risks and health risks in terms of growth of risk-taking in the transition to the new economy. The growing scale of the risks production processes under the change in the acceleration of economic space suggests changing approaches to management procedures. The structure of the risks of a particular territory can define the structure of the target priorities of environmental activities. Russian and foreign experience of risk management on interdisciplinary interaction of resource managers, involved in the management procedures, is considered in the paper.

It is also shown that the formation of an effective system of a dialogue among experts, aimed at optimization of the exchange of information between experts on risk assessment, of socio-economic analysis and risk management, can ensure the scientific integrity of risk assessment procedures.

Project development of integrated sanitary protection zones of the city of Yaroslavl with regard to the methodology of risk assessment to human health from pollution of atmospheric air has revealed new opportunities for the optimization of environmental costs and improvement of the quality of environmental management.
