Abstract |
The article is devoted to the issue of cancer incidence of the population in the territory of the Chechen Republic. The database, which has shown the dynamics on the gender, age and main localizations of tumors since 1995—2013, is created. The analysis, provided in the paper, shows the instability of the ecological situation in the territory of the Chechen Republic. It is revealed that for the researched period the general cancer incidence of the population increased by 3.5 times. The highest standardized mean annual rates when ranging cancer incidence are characteristic of the rural population of the Nadterechy, Achkhoy-Mar- tanovsky Itum-Kalinsky Vedeno, Shatoi, Sunzha, Nozhay-Yurtovsky, Gudermesky regions. In the structure of cancer incidence of the population of the Chechen Republic the dominating localizations are revealed during the research, they are skin, a mammary gland, a reproductive system, respiratory organs (tracheas, bronchial tubes, lungs), a stomach and a rectum. The analysis of the age structure of incidence of the urban population showed that the maximum number of cases of incidence is the share of age group of the 55—70 year olds, the minimum is up to the 10 year olds. |
