Abstract

The article deals with the current issues of ecological maintenance of environmental management in the Arctic Region. The analysis of international practices of environmental management was carried out and the scheme of the priority actions for the Russian Arctic Region was proposed. The principles of solving environmental management problems in the Russian Arctic Region are considered with the help of the best inter-national practices of environmental analysis and valuation, involving the transition from the component to the complex assessment of the environmental quality.
