Abstract

The article discusses the results of the investigation of analytical indicators of the samples of roots, stalks, leaves and fruit of plants of raspberry (the genus Rubus L.), which grows in the Mishkino Region of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The results of studies of the content of selenium and of the elements-antagonists: cadmium, copper, arsenic, lead, and zinc are presented.

It is shown that the content of selenium and of the elements-antagonists in plant organs varies greatly.

The highest selenium content is observed in the plant roots (biological ab- sorption coefficient (BAC) is 0.23), but it is very different from its quantity in the soil. The content of the elements-antagonists also prevails in the plant root sys- tem, what is more, the copper, lead, zinc and cadmium are accumulated in the roots (BAC ranges from 0.62 to 5.32). Copper, cadmium and lead are also accumulated in the leaves and fruit of plants.

The amount of arsenic in all plant organs does not exceed its content in the soil, however, its significant part is retained in the roots.
