Abstract

On the basis of the forecast changes in the content of heavy metals in the conditions of the soil way of re- cycling sewage sludge, we have proved that they can be used, as one of the problems to be solved in the production of agricultural products with the use of non- conventional sources of plant nutrition, is monitoring heavy metal contamination of agroecosystems.

This paper evaluated the effect of sewage sludge on the change in gross chromium content after the introduction of sewage sludge at a dose of 10 t/ha; stud ied the mobility of chromium in the sodpodzolic sandy loam soil; considered profile distribution of chromium in the soil and, on the basis of the data, calculated the migration rate of chromium from waste water sludge.
