Abstract |
The article analyses anthropogenic deposits created over the last century. It shows environmental necessity and economic feasibility of their development. The proposed economic-mathematical model, which in the framework of a Pareto compromise allows you to find equity financing of the development of technological fields by management company and the regional authorities. The model can be used for the extraction of any mineral resources from technogenic deposits at the regional level. |
