Abstract |
The paper proposes a scientific hypothesis, which consists in the fact that the integral criterion of ecological safety of the air environment of the natural and technical geo-system such as the intercontinental intermountain hollow is determined on the basis of taking into account natural and anthropogenic factors influencing the formation of the atmospheric air pollution of the city and the choice of preventive measures for engineering protection of the territories from technogenic dangers. The results of the geo-ecological research of natural and technical systems of different hierarchical levels of the Russian Federation (federal, regional, municipal) are given. The criteria for the quality of atmospheric air have been developed in terms of the degree of favorable conditions for people's life in populated areas of the Russian Federation having hollow factor of the territorial organization of supporting frames. |
