THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SYSTEM OF STANDARDS FOR WIND POWER OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The national system of standards in the wind power industry, an important industry of the Russian renewable energy, was analyzed.

It is noted that following the results of 2015, the use of wind power in Russia was defined by the indicator of rated capacity of wind-driven generators in 18 MW, at the same time the economic potential of wind power is estimated at 260 billion KWh a year. It is specified that it is necessary to work at providing the branch with standard and legal and methodical documents for realization of this potential.
