Abstract

The events within the framework of the implementation of the Ecological Policy of Novovoronezh NPP as part of the Comprehensive Environmental Policy Implementation Plan of State Corporation “Rosatom” are listed. The information on the operation and improvement of the environmental management system of Novovoronezh NPP in accordance with GOST R ISO 14001 is given. The list of permissive documents of Novovoronezh NPP regulating the nature protection activity is given. The organization and results of industrial environmental control and the production environmental monitoring at the Novovoronezh NPP are demonstrated. Based on the conducted industrial environmental control and industrial environmental monitoring, it was revealed that the environmental health in the area of the Novovoronezh NPP’s location, the Novovoronezh NPP- 2 meets all the existing sanitary and environmental standards, the parameters correspond to the average long-term values (have not been changed), the dynamics of monitoring results do not reveal certain development trends caused by the factors from the activities of the Novovoronezh NPP and during the construction of the Novovoronezh NPP-2.
