Abstract

The data are provided on the number of the surface water bodies and economic entities in the Voronezh Region that are subject to federal state supervision over the use and protection of water bodies. The structure of wastewater discharge into the water bodies of the Voronezh Region is shown. The information is provided on the number and capacity of the facilities for cleaning domestic and industrial wastewaters in the urban settlements of the Voronezh Region. The reasons for the inefficient operation of treatment plants are specified. The measures for the reconstruction and construction of treatment facilities, water recycling systems in the Voronezh Region are given.
