Abstract

The mechanisms of biodiversity formation in forest ecosystems are discussed. The mutual regulation of the structure of the tree stand and mycobiota and the biodiversity of mycetophilous insects are discussed. A much higher diversity of the saprotrophic species of fungi with the key impact of the pathogenic species to modify the structure of forest stands was marked. It is concluded that within forest ecosystems, each of the trophic levels forms its habitat and microhabitat conditions, regulating qualitative and quantitative indices of the species diversity of the subsequent trophic levels.

Keywords

biodiversity, forest ecosystems, macrofungi, mycetophilous insects, the Southern Urals.
