Abstract

The article considers the features of modeling zonal, azonal and intrazonal plant communities in the landscape system of the Botanical Garden of Voronezh State University. Using ecological- phytocenotic and ecological-landscape indicators of natural communities, the ecotopic structure and the floral composition for 6 plots of the projected phytocenoses are developed: the steppe communities of the Central Black Soil Region; the calceophytepetrophytic communities of the Lower Alps of the Central Russian Upland; the water and coastal-water communities of plants; the alder wood, the pine and broad-leaved forest. A map of their location was compiled. Their total area is 15 353 m2. As the pricing for the steppe communities, the following species are considered: Bromopsis, Elytrigia, Poa, Stipa, Festuca; for reduced Alpine groupings: Festuca cretacea, Androsace koso-poljanskii, Scutellaria supina, Potentilla tanaitica, Helianthemum nummularium, Carex humilis; for alder forests — Alnus glutinosa. Modeling zonal-regional phytocenoses will allow the botanical garden to preserve unique communities of native plants.
