Abstract

The paper considers the process of reducing the risk of conflicts in the development of ecotourism at the level of a municipal district. The risk factors, that impede the development of ecotourism, include pollution of the environment, urbanization of the landscape, dilapidation of historical sites, discontinuation of the access to historical, cultural, archaeological or natural attractions, etc. The article outlines the algorithms for assessing the risks of conflicts between business entities, that adversely affect the tourist attractiveness of the municipal district. Of special interest is the developed mathematical model of the distribution of financial resources for minimizing the risks of conflict, considering the forecasted risk assessment of tourism activities and the relationship of rural districts in the implementation of individual ecotourism development projects.
