Abstract

In accordance with the Federal Law from 1/10/2002 No. 7-FL on Environmental Protection, it is necessary to include the facilities that have negative effect on environment into the state records. Thus, the compiled register of the facilities that have negative effect on environment is submitted as an electronic resource. According to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 9/28/2015 No. 1029 “On the approval of the criteria of referring the facilities that have negative effect on environment to the facilities of categories I, II, III and IV”, the distribution of the facilities on categories is made. For quality assessment of the distribution of the facilities that have negative effect on environment, their distribution efficiency analysis is carried out. The analysis has shown that the existing system of criteria of referring the facilities is satisfactory. The main guideline of the adjustment is the change of the quantitative criteria that define the distribution of the facilities that carry out the identical type of economic activity between categories I and II.
