Abstract

The body of man and woman has been in shaping for thousands of years, based on the tasks that Nature set for them. Therefore, on the Earth, there are two beautiful types of Homo sapiens, i.e. man and woman. The complex mechanisms of self-regulation and adaptation to the changing environmental conditions in a certain way set up the body of man and woman, it contributed to the survival and prosperity of the human population. But technical progress very quickly and dramatically changed the human environment, making many of its functions unclaimed. Today it is the cause of a complex relationship between man and woman.

The article presents the results of the medical and environmental analysis of the gender characteristics of man and woman based on the works by L.N. Tolstoy. Reading the works of L.N. Tolstoy, we clearly watch the scale and rate of the change in human behavior, in spite of the biological tasks laid down in them.
