Abstract

Currently, the economy of the Russian Federation is characterized by extremely high level of consumption of material-raw resources and waste formation. The essential threat for ecological safety of Russia is formed by the waste of the first to the second classes of danger (extremely dangerous and highly dangerous). The dynamics of their generation in the Russian Federation (according to the statistical data) for the resent 5 years has been virtually unchanged. The article presents the results of the analysis of managing the waste of the first to the second classes of danger in the Russian Federation in 2015-2016. The systematization of the waste of the first to the second classes of danger, based on its chemical composition, is proposed. The paper highlights the subsystems, which should comprise the systems of managing the waste of the first and the second classes of danger. The principles, on which it is necessary to rely when making the scheme for handling the waste of the first and the second classes of danger, are formulated.
