Abstract

In the case study of the Rostov Region some ways of the improvement of the system of ensuring ecological safety of this region are characterized. It is proposed that the principles and rules of the General theory of environmental safety according to the author-compiler L. P. Mileshko should be adopted as the basis of the methodology of ensuring electronic safety at all levels (biosphere, countries, regions, cities and enterprises).
