Abstract |
The article discusses the modern concept of the develop-ment of the system of monitoring of atmospheric air in in-dustrial cities of Russia in the case study of the Tula Region. The authors, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and syn-thesis, based on the results of theoretical studies on the for-mation and spatial and temporal distribution of contaminants in air in selected cities of the Tula Region, proposed an improved system for monitoring industrial emission sources from an assessment of their capacity for a number of pollutants with the use of mobile environmental laboratories. The attention is also drawn to the emerging prospects of the de-velopment of geo-information monitoring systems, providing for the connection of methods and algorithms of mathematical modeling with ground-based and remote measurements of the environment. This will allow us to solve a wider range of environmental problems of urban industrial- regions. |
