Abstract

The article provides the information about the environmental state of the zone of mining facilities and ac-companying infrastructure of the Sadono-Alagirsk ag-glomeration of the Republic of North Ossetia — Alania, discloses the concept of accumulated environmental damage in the operation of polymetallic mineral deposits in the mountains, given the method of estimation of land-scape ecological risk in the extraction of non-ferrous met-als. The methods of monitoring and assessment of the geological environment in the changing conditions of non- production. It is shown that the quality of the plant, including annual and perennial vegetables and fruits, is affected only by mobile ions of heavy metals of zinc and lead. The restoration of soil productivity is possible when transferring the mobile forms of the ions into fixed ones.
