Abstract

The article deals with geo-environmental problems of the natural complex of the National Park “Los iny Ostrov” (Elk Island) which is under the constant impact of the urban environment for a long time. The certification of the National Park is proposed for the prevention and reduction of human impact on its natural complex. Due to the application of the geo-ecological passport, the efficiency of data collection and processing, comprehensive monitoring and timely decision-making on the prevention of negative impacts and the preparation of reports on the ecological effects of the proposed decisions about the Park, its protective zone and the adjacent land areas of the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region increase. The application of this method would enable to expand the list of tasks and to increase the validity of the proposed design solutions for the conservation and restoration of natural systems.
