Abstract

The degree of karstic phenomena of the territory is defined by the number of formation of sinkholes per year per km2. The conditions and factors of the formation of repeated karst sinkholes in the sites of the former ones or in close proximity to them in the region of distribution of carbonaceous and sulfate deposits are considered. At the assessment of karst danger, the first case of the formation of a sinkhole is taken into consideration. As monitoring observations show, under certain conditions, the karstic phenomena renew in a tentative point, or in close proximity to it. Short time during which a renewing karstic or karstic-suffosion processes are taking place, commensurable with a serviceable life of the constructions testifies to small effectiveness of the measures taken for the elimination of the sinkhole. The development pattern of the repeated sinkholes highlights the features of the development of dangerous geological processes within the dot objects. The presented data allow us significantly to add the criteria of prediction of karstic danger of the region.
