Abstract

The share of adventive component in the flora of Surgut and the Surgut District has been identified and studied, as well as the peculiarities of its formation have been presented. The analysis of the adventive component of the urban flora was done in relation to anthropogenic influences. The evaluation of its migration characteristics and capabilities of its consolidation in the study area was conducted. It is shown, that due to the intensive development of the urban area there is a change in the composition of plant communities, the species that are better adapted to the anthropogenic processes are introduced. Railway embankments, thoroughfares, highways, dumping of oil deposits in the base of pads, embankments of oil sludge pits, remediated contaminated sites occupy a special place in the dissemination and consolidation of adventive species of plants. Favorable conditions for the adaptation of alien species of plants to the climatic conditions of the district are created due to the in-creasing area of disturbed lands in the process of industrial development.
