Abstract

In the work, the results of sampling of pollution of snow at border of coal terminals are given in the ports of Vladivostok, East and Posyet. These ports are the primary transshipment ports of the Far East Basin connected with a railway system of the country. Through them there passes the main part of the multimodal freights sent from the continent to numerous points of the coast. In all areas of selection, in the air the high level of content of particles with a size less than 50 microns is found, and particles of 10 microns are found from 36,8 to 38 %. The analysis of pollution of snow allows to refer coal terminals of the ports of Vladivostok, Posyet and Nakhodka to the category of the entities with the dangerous level of pollution of the air environment. Considering the complex organization of environmental management around sea terminals and essential impact of coal dust on health of the population all works have to be conducted with strict observance of requirements of the nature protection legislation.

Keywords
