Abstract |
The article is devoted to the development of the methods of calculations of the cost for the agricultural land lots, the soil of which is polluted by heavy metals, and cost estimation of the ecological damage, caused by this pollution. The ways for numerical filling of the mathematical values, which have been put in the formulas in general, are considered. Concrete figures are based on the results of experiments and chemical analyses that give the chance of carrying out strict quantitative calculations of the cost of the land. It is offered to estimate ecological damage on the basis of the strict quantitative characteristic of soil and agricultural plants, received with the instruments, i.e. the pollutant content and its comparisons to the established specifications of maximum permissible concentration. This approach provides uniformity in working out the sanitary- and-hygienic, ecological and economic criteria. For the first time, in order to establish the guaranteed suitability of the soils polluted by heavy metals to unlimited economic use, the experiment on the translocation of heavy metals from soil in agricultural plants has been conducted in the conditions of extreme concentration of heavy metals in soil. |
