Pyotr Petrovich is one of the greatest Russian geographers who explored the Tian-Shan and founded Russian statistical science. Semenov-Tian-Shansky's homeland has several cultural heritage objects and natural protected areas that are needed to be united into one cultural and natural heritage complex which is called in Russian Muzej- Zapovednik (memorial estate). It would be a center for ecotourism to Central Russia.
