Abstract |
The article is devoted to the definition of the influence of the ecological condition of the territory on its economy and planning of the ways of its further development that is especially important for recreational zones, i.e. regions, in the activity of which the purity of the environment is an objective condition and the defining factor of managing. For the achievement of these aims, the innovative technique of bioindication consisting in the definition and analysis of the response of living organisms, constantly living in the investigated territory, to the conditions of their existence is used. The method allows us to receive objective quantitative numerical characteristics of the quality of the environment, suitable for further calculations, and strict from the mathematical point of view that allows completely to exclude subjectivity of expert estimations. Such approach allows to solve a radical economic question of how to reflect ecological components of a recreational product in its real cost. The adaptation of the technique of definition of ecological quality of the environment, which is used in the Central Region of Russia, is applied to specific biologo-ecological conditions of Crimea. For expansion of the toolkit of the technique, four typical species of local wood plants, growing in large quantities in land- shaft-climatic conditions of the Crimea: the Maple, the Ash, the Plane tree and Robinia are chosen. Sampling of leaves of these plants was made in the sites with different ecological conditions: as having an obvious ecological load, i.e. near the industrial enterprises or highways (Simferopol and Sevastopol), and in ecologically pure ones, i.e. far from the sources of pollution, well ventilated with air streams from the sea. On the basis of tool gaugings of working parametres on leaves and computer statistical processing of the received numerical data, the indicator of ecological well-being is represented in the form of a 5-mark scale convenient for making administrative decisions and economic calculations. It is found out, that ecological conditions on the investigated sites of a recreational zone of the Crimea correspond to 2 and 3 marks that displays certain deterioration of the condition of the environment, which is experiencing some anthropogenous loading. At present, these changes have no irreversible character, however, considering target recreational use of the territory, carrying out improving actions, at least on 3-mark sites are already demanded. The received numerical characteristics of the condition of the environment can be taken as principle macroeconomic calculations and planning of the |
