Abstract

The article deals with the problem of financing the projects of social and environmental rehabilitation in the regions where mining is carried out. The authors propose methodological tools for the economic assessment of the past damage caused during the period of exploitation of the deposits. The article reveals the system of indicators that allow them to justify the structure of financing social and environmental rehabilitation projects on the basis of public-private partnership. The given methodological basis allows them to create the economic and mathematical model, that helps determine optimal financing of projects in terms of Pareto compromise in the framework of municipal districts of a subject of the Russian Federation. The article gives a practical example, demonstrating the features of the proposed scheme for solving the problem.
