Abstract

It is studied the content of Se, Co, Zn, Fe, Cu in the blood plasma and hair of teenagers of aboriginal nationalities (Evens, Nivkhs) and Russian citizens of the Khabarovsky Kray. Biological samples were analyzed by atomic-emission spectroscopy. It was revieled the elemental imbalance in the biosubstrates of all the groups: deficiency of Se, Co, Zn, Cu and excess of Fe in biogeochemical provinces.

Food quantitative was estimated by questionnaire. Deficiency of nutritional elements identified in ethnic groups. It is suggested that the reason of the disruption of element homeostasis in biosubstrates of the teenagers is the high concentration of Th and U in the environment. The source of these radioactive elements in the north of region is uranium-polyelement ore-forming systems, in the south — technogenic pollution.
