ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE MEASURES TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF WASTE AT THE ENTERPRISE OF JSC "STARY PIVOVAR" PENZA

The article deals with and calculates the main waste generated by the company JSC “Stary Pivovar” (“Old Brewer”) in Penza, and this waste is of I, III and IV hazard class. JSC “Stary Pivovar” is a source of formation of 8 types of waste which are further utilized or sent to the landfill by specialized organizations, thereby, bringing big economic damage to the enterprise. The article considers and calculates the economic efficiency of the measures to reduce waste generation, aimed at the introduction of environmental protection installation — press PGP-7, which reduces the amount and volume of waste, thereby reducing the fee for their further disposal by specialized companies. In the course of the study, the goal was fully achieved, the tasks were solved: the existing measures were evaluated and the economic efficiency of the necessary measures aimed at reducing the amount of waste was calculated. As a result of the analysis of the educational and scientific literature, as well as project documents of JSC “Stary Pivovar”, practical recommendations and proposals were developed to improve technological processes in order to reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment.
